لا نجمع أي بيانات أخرى عنك تلقائياً أثناء تصفحك للموقع. We do not automatically collect any other data about you while you browse the site.

نستخدم البيانات التي ترسلها حصراً للرد على استفسارك أو طلب الخدمة، أو لمراجعة طلب التوظيف والتواصل معك بخصوص الفرص الوظيفية المناسبة. لا نستخدم بياناتك في التسويق المباشر، ولا نبيعها أو نؤجرها لأي طرف ثالث. We use the data you submit solely to respond to your inquiry or service request, or to review your job application and contact you about suitable opportunities. We do not use your data for direct marketing, and we never sell or rent it to third parties.

تُرسَل نماذج هذا الموقع عبر خدمة FormSubmit.co، وهي خدمة خارجية لتوصيل النماذج عبر البريد الإلكتروني دون الحاجة لخادم خاص بنا. عند إرسالك أي نموذج، تنتقل بياناته عبر خوادم FormSubmit.co لتصل مباشرة إلى بريدنا الإلكتروني الرسمي (info@arabspearl.com). نحن لا نملك خوادم أو قاعدة بيانات منفصلة تُخزَّن فيها هذه البيانات على الموقع نفسه. Forms on this site are delivered using FormSubmit.co, a third-party form-delivery service that routes submissions to our official email (info@arabspearl.com) without requiring our own server. When you submit a form, its data passes through FormSubmit.co's servers on its way to us. We do not maintain a separate database storing this data on the website itself.

نستخدم أيضاً Google Analytics لجمع إحصائيات زيارة مجهولة الهوية (لا تتضمن اسمك أو بريدك الإلكتروني)، لمساعدتنا على فهم كيفية استخدام زوارنا للموقع وتحسينه. راجع قسم "ملفات تعريف الارتباط" أدناه لمزيد من التفاصيل. روابط واتساب وإنستغرام الموجودة في الموقع تنقلك إلى تطبيقات/منصات خارجية تخضع لسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها. The WhatsApp and Instagram links on this site take you to external apps/platforms governed by their own privacy policies.

يستخدم هذا الموقع Google Analytics لجمع إحصائيات مجهولة الهوية عن الزيارات (مثل عدد الزوار، الصفحات الأكثر زيارة، ومصدر الزيارة)، وهو ما يستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط (Cookies) خاصة به. لا نستخدم أي أدوات تتبع أو ملفات تعريف ارتباط إعلانية أخرى. يقتصر استخدام المتصفح المحلي (localStorage) — إن وُجد — على تذكّر تفضيل اللغة (عربي/إنجليزي) فقط على جهازك، ولا يُرسَل إلى أي خادم.
